THE GAME

The pack contains 105 playing cards, each with a photo of an Australian bird in the wild. You will also get a RULEBOOK, a GAME BOARD, COUNTERS and a WEDGIE that you will spin to determine who scores points for the hand.

There are 72 different birds in the pack that have been given two values based on their ‘fighting’ ability and their ‘twitching’ value. 10 is high and 1 is low.

To play, you will strategically use 2 birds from the 7 cards you have been dealt and compete against other players birds. You will use POWER BIRDS to sabotage other players or elevate your own hand. Ultimately though, your fate will likely be decided by spinning THE WEDGIE.

To learn Birds from the written instructions we have created 4 levels. Begin learning at level 1 and 2 and move to levels 3 and 4 as you become comfortable with gameplay. The Video tutorial is the best way to learn and dives straight into playing at level 4.
