On 29th July 2023, we flocked together in a cold Hobart warehouse and launched Edition 1 Birds (the card game) out into the world. We had 52 competitors vying to get their mits on the sought after and difficult to attain, annual Birds Trophy. After 3 intense rounds of sabotage and strategy Julia came out as ruler of this roost and the first ever Birds World Champion. Congratulations to our 2023 inaugural winner Julia Stone!

We also award a SPIRIT OF BIRDS each year. A recognition of dedication above and beyond to Birds. The 2023 winner was Robert Oxley who wrote out the rules for us.
